College of the North Atlantic (CNA) is Newfoundland and Labrador's public college. It is one of the largest post-secondary educational and skills training centres in Atlantic Canada.
CNA delivers its programs through a network of 17 campuses distributed across the province with additional online/blended program offerings. CNA is also active internationally, with development projects and education partnerships presently operating in the Middle East, Vietnam, China and the Caribbean. The College works with a wide range of stakeholders including other post-secondary institutions, industry associations, community organizations and economic development groups, as well as provincial and federal government departments and agencies.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
- $103,665.00 ‐ $145,131.00 per annum

- 25 to 35 paid leave days per annum

Your experience consists of at least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a broad range of corporate services with a focus on financial management.
Tâches et responsabilités
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be accountable for enterprise-wide strategic leadership of a range of corporate services within College of the North Atlantic. Areas of functional responsibility will include:
- campus operations
- finance and budgeting
- human resources management
- information management and technology
- facilities and asset management
- occupational health and safety
- business continuity and emergency management
- residence and food services
- procurement and contract management
- quality management (LEAN) and risk management
Your educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Commerce supplemented by a certified professional accounting designation.
