The Director of the Parkland Campus is the face of Assiniboine College in the Parkland Region.
This is a leadership role for someone who can bring people together, across programs, departments, and communities, to ensure our training and education meet the needs of students, employers, and the region.
You’ll lead the growth and delivery of programs in Parkland, build strong relationships across industry and community, and help position the College as a key partner in regional development.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leading the Parkland Campus: ensuring programs are accessible, relevant, and responsive to regional needs
• Bringing people together: aligning faculty, staff, and college leaders to deliver high-quality programming
• Connecting with the region: building strong relationships with employers, community organizations, Indigenous partners, and government
• Growing opportunity: identifying and advancing training that supports the region’s labour market and economic development
• Representing the College: serving as a visible and trusted presence for Assiniboine in the Parkland region
We’re looking for a leader who:
• Understands regional labour markets and how education supports economic growth
• Brings strong relationship-building and public-facing leadership skills
• Can work across teams and influence without direct authority
• Has experience leading people, resources, and priorities in a complex organization
• Communicates clearly and builds trust with a wide range of partners
A relevant degree and leadership experience in post-secondary, public sector, or a related environment will support your success in this role.
