Volunteer Support Package

Support vocational instructors at VETA Moshi’s Integrated Mining Technical Training Unit to strengthen practical engineering training. Working closely with local educators, you will enhance instruction in welding, sheet metal fabrication, bench work, basic electrical systems, and workshop safety, helping youth gain industry-relevant technical skills and employment opportunities.

Early Childhood Development and Vocational Training Advisor | Cameroon, 6 months
Partner with government ministries to strengthen vocational training programs that support the socio-economic inclusion of youth and women. Your expertise will contribute to improving training pathways and expanding opportunities in early childhood-related professions while supporting gender equality and sustainable development initiatives.

Expert Advisor in Personal Care Assistance | Cameroon, 6 months
Help strengthen professional training programs in personal and community care services. Working with Women’s Promotion and Family Centres, you will support instructors in developing practical and sustainable training approaches that prepare learners for growing employment opportunities in caregiving and support services.

Institutional and Pedagogical Strengthening Advisor | Peru, 5 months
Collaborate with a leading public technological institute serving more than 1,600 students. You will support institutional modernization, quality assurance, curriculum enhancement, employability strategies, and stronger partnerships with industry, helping create better educational and employment outcomes for students and graduates.

Teacher Training and Pedagogical Support Advisor | Peru, 5 months
Work with CETEMIN, Peru’s leading mining technology training institution, to strengthen teaching practices and professional development systems. By supporting educators and training teams, you will help improve the quality of technical education and contribute to the development of a skilled workforce for the future.

Vocational Training Advisor, Welding and Metallurgy | Cameroon, 5 months
Contribute to improving youth employability by supporting the development and delivery of competency-based welding and metallurgy training programs. Your technical expertise will help instructors align training with industry standards and labour market needs, creating stronger pathways to employment for young people.

Curriculum Development Advisor | Ethiopia, 5 months
Partner with Ethiopia’s Ministry of Labour and Skills to strengthen the national Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. You will support the development of occupational standards, competency-based curricula, assessment tools, and local trainer capacity, helping ensure training programs reflect labour market demands and international best practices.
