The Director of the Parkland Campus is the face of Assiniboine College in the Parkland Region.<\/p>\n
This is a leadership role for someone who can bring people together, across programs, departments, and communities, to ensure our training and education meet the needs of students, employers, and the region.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll lead the growth and delivery of programs in Parkland, build strong relationships across industry and community, and help position the College as a key partner in regional development.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/p>\n
\u2022\tLeading the Parkland Campus: ensuring programs are accessible, relevant, and responsive to regional needs
\n\u2022\tBringing people together: aligning faculty, staff, and college leaders to deliver high-quality programming
\n\u2022\tConnecting with the region: building strong relationships with employers, community organizations, Indigenous partners, and government
\n\u2022\tGrowing opportunity: identifying and advancing training that supports the region\u2019s labour market and economic development
\n\u2022\tRepresenting the College: serving as a visible and trusted presence for Assiniboine in the Parkland region<\/p>\n
We\u2019re looking for a leader who:
\n\u2022\tUnderstands regional labour markets and how education supports economic growth
\n\u2022\tBrings strong relationship-building and public-facing leadership skills
\n\u2022\tCan work across teams and influence without direct authority
\n\u2022\tHas experience leading people, resources, and priorities in a complex organization
\n\u2022\tCommunicates clearly and builds trust with a wide range of partners<\/p>\n
A relevant degree and leadership experience in post-secondary, public sector, or a related environment will support your success in this role.<\/p>\n
