The School of Education is seeking a Full-time, Probationary Continuous, Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Instructor for the 2020-2021 academic year. The position entails teaching adult learners in both on campus and online delivery modes. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the ELCC program team who is committed to the professional and academic success of early childhood educators.
The instructor will draw upon a variety of resources and experiences to teach adult learners in the Early Learning and Child Care Program. This work will occur on RDC’s main campus and in an online environment.

- Undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of full-time experience working in a variety of early childhood program environments for children (birth to age 8), such as a day care, preschool, or school-age care
- Experience in Early Learning Program Administration
