Suncrest College is currently accepting applications for a Manager, International & Inclusion to join our team. This full-time, permanent position is based out of Yorkton, SK and will be commencing as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Vice President, Partnerships & Innovation, the Manager of International & Inclusion will be responsible for the leadership, development, implementation and management of strategies, processes, and enhancements which advance internationalization priorities and support a diverse and inclusive environment for staff and learners. The incumbent will partner with internal and external stakeholder groups to lead initiatives and ensure that diversity and inclusion strategies and programs are embedded within core processes and operations to support a college culture that values and prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusivity.
The incumbent will provide leadership in fostering a climate that is focused internationalization and inclusion and will be responsible for overall supervision and management of the department. The position will implement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve processes and implement best practices that support our strategic direction, operations and organizational priorities.

The Manager of International & Inclusion will bring the following to this position:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Studies, or a related field of study.
- Three years of practical and related experience. This experience will demonstrate knowledge and specialized skills required for strategic leadership and inclusion practices, principles, and best practices.
- Experience living, studying, or working outside of Canada.
- Preference given to candidates who self-declare as indigenous or visible minority.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
