We are looking for a Senior CRM and AI Business Specialist who will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s Digital Transformation Strategy as well as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy. As the platform lead for the corporate CRM, CIConnex, the incumbent is responsible for system integrations and driving the organization-wide adoption and effective use of the platform.
Working collaboratively across all levels of the organization, the incumbent will analyze and leverage data to enhance operational efficiency, improve stakeholder engagement, and elevate member services. They will identify business needs, uncover gaps, document recurring challenges, and design solutions that align with both industry best practices and the organization’s unique culture.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Graduate from a post-secondary institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years’ experience:
- Demonstrated ability using a CRM system (preferably Dynamics 365)
- Translating data insights into strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Aligning technology solutions with organizational culture and strategy
- Data governance, privacy and ethical use in AI
- Implementing data governance frameworks that support responsible AI use
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communications skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Experience leading change management initiatives in a small to mid-size organization
- Strong technical aptitude, curiosity and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team, effectively manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems
- Must possess excellent organizational skills coupled with strong analytical and quantitative background
- Experience working with committees and working groups
- Strong communication skills, tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work across multi-functional teams
KNOWLEDGE:
- General knowledge of related Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Click Dimensions, Power BI, Office 365 including Copilot, SharePoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with foundational AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics
- Excellent knowledge of project management approaches, tools and processes
- Knowledge of the college system in Canada and familiarity with national issues in post-secondary education.
Compensation: $87,463 to $107,055
Status: Temporary until October 2027.
Location: 1 Rideau Street, Suite 701, Ottawa, Ontario
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work environment with ability to attend the Ottawa office regularly
