The Vice President, People & Culture reports directly to the President and provides overall leadership and is engaged in change management and transformation strategies consistent with the strategic direction of the College. The Vice President is proactive in resolving problems and in providing advice to the President and the Board on a large array of issues. Develops and maintains an effective relationship with both internal and external community constituents.

As an accomplished human resources professional, the ideal candidate will bring experience in a senior position within a complex unionized public sector organization. As an inspiring leader, they will have a demonstrated ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment and have a proven track record in leading the development of HR strategies to fit an organization’s goals. Extensive knowledge of current labour, human rights and employment legislation and related regulations is required.
